Issue with LC and subsequent Orders

Hi Experts ,

 

Please help to provide suggestion on below issue .

I have a LC , with certain Limit . Now I am creating Sales Orders and assigning the LC to it .

Although the Orders (I created 3 Sales Orders ) value, together falls well below the limit of LC , still getting the Below Error while creating the Last Sales Order .

Also this is not happening for all Orders .For few it would occur .

Can anyone suggest ..or do we have any SAP Note pertaining this issue

Hi,

While posting a transaction through fb60  i getting the following error:

 

No amount authorization for customers/vendors in company code 5000

Message no. F5155

Diagnosis

No amount authorization for customer/vendor line items has been specified in company code 5000 for the user group to which you are assigned.

Provided that you are not explicitly assigned to a user group, the amount authorization to the group blank (" ") is valid.

 

Procedure

If you entered the correct company code, initiate the maintenance of tables T043 (user groups) and/or T043T (company code authorizations).

 

I know how to rectify this error i made the settings in OBA4, OBA0 and OBA3. But i dont want this settings in my company code. is this mandatory? because while i was configuring another company code i made no such settings and system allowed me to post transactions. Now in this company code i did the same settings but i am getting the above error. can anyone help me in this please

Dear Forum,

 

Currently I just started using WEBI 4.1 SP 3 had a course an am capable te make simple reports. Currently I am trying to create a YTD filter for on of my reports. Using the following formula:

 

=If(Right([Max Month];2) = "01"; If([BookyearOffset] = 0; 0; 1); If([BookyearOffset] = 0; 1 ;0))


[Max Month] = Max([Month]) In Report

 

Month = yyyyMM

 

If the formula answer is "1" the report filter should show in that data in the report.

 

My problem is when I query multiple years of data only the dimensions that extist in the latest year are shown dimensions that exist in both year do not show when filtering the data.

 

Does anybody know a solution for this problem?

Hello All,

 

I am a new one in SAP PI,developed synchronous interfaces in PI 7.3

 

sennder sytem-Third party

Reciever system -ISU

 

Though the message is successfully passed into ISU, I am not getting any payload while monitoring the message from Runtime workbench.

 

But the request and response message are transmitted via SAP PI successfully

 

Can anyone tell me why the payload is coming empty everytym i m chcking the log.

DSO Activation Error

Hi,

 

I'm facing an issue related to DSO Activation step in one of the process chains.

 

Below is the error description.

 

Error when assigning SID: Action VAL_SID_CONVERT InfoObject ZOFFER.

Value 'undefined' (hex. '75006E0064006500660069006E0065006400') of characteristic ZOFFER contains invalid characters.

SID determination finished for InfoObject ZOFFER.

Process 000015 returned with errors.

Condition Data Load Issue

Hello Experts 

 

in the Bex report there is a requirement to show the Condition Value for each of the billing documents. In R3  when i checked there exists multiple condition types and condition values.  Now issue is:
I have just mapped condition value and kept key field billing doc number mapped. As other fields i don't need.
When i ran the DTP to my custom DSO only few of the billing documents got populated with condition type  only once.
While I checked PSA for the same billing doc there exist multiple condition values but these aren't populating.
I have kept item data and condition data in two separate DSO and then loading into reporting cube.
All are direct assignments.

 

 

Can you explain what is the issue? Or what wrong i made in transformation.

How can i load all condition values of each billing document as separate data record rows?

automatic determination of Door in TU and further process

Hi

 

I am working with a POSC scenario for inbound process.  unloading+packing+putaway

EWM ID has got  door and  Goods Movement bin  determined automatically through-- door determination setting and bin assignment to the door setting respectively.

Also the staging area details are determined using /SCWM/STADET_IN

 

1. when I assign this ID to a new TU which has been checked-in, why doesn't the system automatically refer to the Door in ID and assign it to the TU? OR  it has to be done manually only?

 

2. Further, If I assign the door manually and dock the TU to the the door determined in ID, can I have my system configured to create the Unloading WTs automatically? 

In my case, it is not happening.  Is it achievable? if yes, how?

When i try  /SCWM/UNLOAD  to do manually Create Unloading WTs(complex), it throws an error that.

"No entry found for process-oriented storage control for <WH no> +  <First ext Step of POSC>"   I could not find any issue with POSC setting.

 

In this situation, if i do a GR in the same screen, GR is completed and unloading task is created.

The unloading WT created has the destination data of the staging area, but the source bin data is blank.

 

3.No able to understand ..why WT is created only after GR  and  why the source bin data(i.e.door bin) is not available unloading WT ?

 

if i confirm this WT, all the further POSC  steps are working perfectly.

N.B. yard mgmt is not active.

 

Need help for the above 3 issues.

Problem with data & layout windows sizing

Hello BI experts,

 

Since we use E11 & BI 4.1 SP3 patch 5, we get problems when users would like to change width of data or layout windows (no problem with result sheet).

We get a grey bar and a  "resizing" message on top left and server "BO doesn't answer" message on bottom :

Combine row restrictions only works if user in Administrator group

Universe Restriction Options set to

Combine row restrictions using AND within group hierarchies and OR between groups.

 

If a user is in two sub groups within two hierarchies the SQL generated is only correct if the user is in the Administrators group.

 

 

The two hierarchies are

Group : CSG with a Row restriction : FAC_ORG_ID = 6668

Group : CSG > P62 with a Row restriction : PU_ORG_ID = 6020

 

Group : HSS with a Row restriction :FAC_ORG_ID = 6626 

Group : HSS > S21 with a Row restriction :PU_ORG_ID = 7278

 

If the user is in the Administrators group the SQL generated is correct.

(Table names removed for clarity)

 

AND  ( ( ( FAC_ORG_ID = 6668 AND PU_ORG_ID = 6020  )  )

   OR  ( (FAC_ORG_ID = 6626 AND PU_ORG_ID = 7278  )  )  )

 

If the user is not is the Administrators group the SQL generated is incorrect.

 

AND  ( ( ( FAC_ORG_ID = 6668 AND FAC_ORG_ID = 6626  )  )

  AND  ( ( ( PU_ORG_ID = 6020 )  )

   OR  ( ( PU_ORG_ID = 7278 )  ) )  )

 

Anyone any ideas why this is happening?

Is there some setting on the Administrators group that needs to be set at the top of these hierarchies?

TRANSPORT object is missing or not visible

Hello ,

 

I have developed few synchronous interfaces in PI 7.3.

 

While transporting IR objects for a particular SWC from dev to QA,All the objects are imported successfully but few objects are not visible.(of a particular namespace).The namespace is also missing. in QA

 

I have refreshed the cache status by ENVIRONMENT->Cache status overview but still the objects of that particular namespace are missing.

 

At first ,

It was imported successfully and visible  but then I delete the namespace along with its objects and  transported it ...and after that the namesapce (along with its objects)  are not visible in QA.

 

 

Guys! Your help is required.

Hello,

 

I am currently 39 years old. I am SAP specialist since I was 24. I life in Germany. Official retirement age for people like me as proposed by the german government is 67. So I have one question for me and maybe others have the same question as well:

 

What do SAP specialists do when they get old?

 

How long can we work as consultants or developers in the area of SAP? When are we too old to learn new software versions or even programming languages? What do we do when that happens as I have doubts that this can be done until the age of 67.

 

I see alternatives like that:

 

- Try to do an early retirement if you can afford to to that. Still this will seldom be at an age when your learning capabilities are still excellent. Maybe before you do that you can do the next:

- Try to go to freelancing. There you might be able to move to calmer waters. Especially after you have been considered to old by your permanent employer.

- Try to go to management. In management experience is very important, I think, and you don't need to be that up-to-date with modern technologies.

- Try to go to an inhouse position. There you might also not need to be that up-to-date with the latest technologies. Maybe you can combine that with the next alternative:

- Try to go to support. Again here you can focus on software components which are not state-of-the-art.

- Try to do something completely new. So you could move away from the field of SAP and start a completely new career. Of course this could be difficult.

 

Until now I have not decided what to do in my 50s and 60s and I am not sure if I have a wide range of options.

 

What are your ideas about it?

SFTP : Receiver Channel Error : Javax.resource.ResourceException: 10: pwd failed

Hello Experts

 

I am having scenario I-Doc->PI->SFTP .  We have done many scenarios like this but we are facing issue with one vendor. We able to LogOn to server using SFTP  from FTP client (File Zill, WinSCP), via PI 7.31 command terminal or from local command line. But we are facing issue only PI receiver SFTP channel.

 

Below is SFTP receiver configuration(with all the tabs).

 

 

 

We are getting below error. We tried deleting existing channel and creating new one as well but no luck.

My SAP B1 9.0 is not responding after enter username and password. What Happened that.

I cleared all the Temp file. I used that system more than 20 days. But now this issue happened.res.png

Hi Folks,

 

I hope you people will help me to reach my requirement.

 

currently I am facing an issue while user dont want see some of GL account in the report.in order to do that I wrote a macro.

the macro is working fine but the problem is I am able include in the refresh button. In SAP BPC 10.0 Nw version its working fine.

But I dont how to use it in SAP BPC 7.5 NW version.

The 74*** Series has to be hide..
