Changed PO-changes not printing

Hello,  Can anyone tell me where in configuration (if it's config at all) can control when the messages print on a changed PO?  For example,  we make a change to quantity, and click on 'change PO'. It will generate an output, however when we print, it will print the change of quantity but no message that the quantity is changed. There seems to be a disconnect between the message and the form.  All of the change texts are there so they should pass to the form. What would cause this to not happen?

 

Any help or if there is a manual available somewhere that would be appreciated.

LSMW issue with tx. SM34

Hi, I'm creating a LSMW to mantaing the cluster V_T710CL via SM34, the issue is that when trying to position the cursor in a specific record the LSMW select the last record of the list, even when creating the recording it works ok also if I create the same recording it work but for some reasong inside the LSMW doesn't work well, any ideas?

Checklist in SAP GRC EAM

Hello Experts,

 

Please let me know what are the checks need to be performed in SAP GRC EAM. I know few of the following

 

1) Check the list of controllers, owners and FF IDs

2) Check the email Ids of Controllers

3) Check the invalid Controllers, owners and FF IDs

 

 

Can we add more to that as I need to build a checklist for the same?

Picking VN address email instead of ordering address OA

Hi All,

 

We have scenario where user created PO with vendor for example A00001 with Partner function VN which is main vendor and has partner order address OA ex A000011 and PI A00022.

 

Now when user creating a PO email is triggering to main vendor not to the OA address. I tried to replicate to replicate the scenario in quality system but it working fine there and email is triggering to OA address.

 

Request to you  all to suggest what are the other things I need check.

 

I have checked Partner functions in customization condition records.

Get Terminal or Client ID from the Webdynpro ABAP application

Hello Friends,

     I am having a requirement where I need to "get the TERMINAL NAME or THE CLIENT ID of the system I logged"  inside a webdynpro application. For example, I do a remote login to a different system from my laptop and execute a webdynpro application, I need to get the information of my laptop. I was able to get this information  inside normal ABAP dynpro using SE37,  if I use the following method:

 

Call method Cl_gui_frontend_services=>is_terminal_server

    CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>environment_get_variable

      EXPORTING

        variable             = 'CLIENTNAME'

      CHANGING

        value                = l_env_var_value

      EXCEPTIONS

        cntl_error           = 1

        error_no_gui         = 2

        not_supported_by_gui = 3

        OTHERS               = 4.

 

This piece works perfectly in normal programs, but not with the ABAP Webdynpro. Yes, I understand the reason behind it and even SAP Help also says the same that "cl_gui_frontend_Services" is not supported for Webdynpro.

 

So, I would like to know the alternative for this. I tried using the following:

Menu Vs. Toolbar

Greetings All,

 

Oddly, in all the time I have used PB, I have never tried to create a toolbar.  Trying now in 12.5.1.  I 'see' the icons that I have associated with the menu items, but in the preview they do not appear.

 

Also, I would like to have a menu bar with a toolbar under it.  But I only see one place in the window Main! where I can assign a menu.

 

I have attached two screenshots showing my flailing.

Type Ahead - Against Database / Google Maps

Greetings All,

 

PB 12.5.1

 

I am creating a new application and I am hoping to include what I think is called 'Type Ahead' to access database tables in one control and to access the Google Maps API.

 

I found one other post that pointed to a post at ulitzer.com but the site is not coming up.

 

Can someone point me to some easy way to implement this functionality?  I don't mind paying for third party controls if they are available.

Not able to install sap b1 in windows 7 Asking Server type

hi.

i am facing one problem.

First i install the  Server tools.

Then i am trying to install the server but

while installing it is asking server type.. i think it has to show automatically

if i give the server type  it will not accept

plz have a look on below two images.

i tried to give the ip address too

but no use.

i refer some links in sap b1 forum..

 

-> SQL TCP/IP is Enabled

-> In Server Tools licence server is started.

-> Sql Server Browser is Automatically started.

-> Sql Server Native Client is Installed

-> Server name i given after seeing  from the sql server name

 

 

Has i forgotten  Any  thing..

CATS WDA - Clock Times are hidden in QA system

After extensive discussions in this forum, I was enlightened that the way to make the Start and End Time columns appear in CATS WDA ESS screen was to set the HIDE_CLOCK_TIMES_IN_WEEKLY parameter in the Application configuration from X to blank.

 

1) We copied the default Application configuration into Z.

2) Set the parameter to blank

3) updated LPD_CUST to point the relevant service to the Z configuration.

4) Tested extensively in development system, and everything worked a treat.

 

We have now transported the lot into QA system, however the clock times are hidden., and we get this messsage which has never appeared in DEV

"Selected columns could not be personalized"

 

We have verified the following

1) All transports have gone through in the correct sequence, and no failures or RC 8 and above have been reported.

2) On right clicking on the CATS WDA screen and going to Technical Help, the screen is definitely reading the Z configuration that we have transported

3) on reveiwing the Z configuration, we can see that the HIDE_CLOCK_TIMES_IN_WEEKLY parameter in the Application configuration is still blank.

 

 

What could possibly be wrong? Anyone seen this kind of thing before?

Reports customization in MSS WDA

Hi All,

I have created an instance via SPRO for MDT with standard role MSS. converted this MDT to LPD via report.

Now I can see this role MSS and instance z in lpd_cust.

 

I have provided this value of role and instance in reports iview in portal. But i am getting this error the launchpad does not exist.

Is there any link which I am missing.

Hi Experts

I am trying to call NW BPM scenario(File to BPM) from PI, and using below adapter config.

I am getting below error.

MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.io.IOException: HTTP Error response for SOAP request or invalid content-type.; HTTP 200 OK

Delivery split issue with multiple deliveries for the corresponding sales order Qty

Hi Guys,

 

   I am able to generate only one delivery using transaction VL10E 'Create Background' option. It is generating multiple deliveries for each and every execution of the 'Create Background' using VL10E.

 

However as per my requirement need to generate multiple deliveries, if sales order item level quantity is '2'.

 

I have already created a new profile using the copy of 201 and made with the following changes in new profile.

 

  1. Cumul.Rule as 9 user exit LV50R_VIEWH19
  2. SplitSchedLine as 'Deliver only one schedule line'.


User Exit:


In User exit LV50R_VIEWH19 set the default value as 1 for cf_kumng.


When I run the transaction VL10E with the required input the next is screen is appearing the Open qty as '2' and CumQty as '1'.


It seems CumQty is showing one as already user exit cf_kumng value default as '1'.

 

As mentioned above I would like to create multiple deliveries once I click on 'Create Background' using VL10E transaction.

 

I have gone through other discussions on delivery split issue as I could not find the relevant one on the current issue.

 

Can you please let me know how to proceed on above mentioned?

No application components available in workflow tasks

Hi everyone,

 

I'm configuring the MDG 7.0 for Material.

 

When I'm trying to configure the workflow tasks through the following node,


General Settings ->Process Modeling -> Workflow -> Configure Workflow Tasks

 

Now I can see only one node CA-MDG with no child tasks. I don't see the Application Framework node or its relevant sub objects.

 

What could be the reason behind this issue?
