FM or BAPI To Create Vendor Master

Hi,

I need Function Module or BAPI to create vendor master, I want use it to call in PHP Programming, thats mean I must create a function Module.

What FM or BAPI  to solve my problem?

I find FM or BAPI :

1. FI_WT_CREATE_VENDOR (I dont know why this is not working, my data not saved or not created)

2. BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATE (this BAPI call tcode XK01, unfortunately this BAPI cant solve my problem)

Please help me to solve my problem
